Evidence summary
Research confidence: low
No pre-workout reference dose. Tesnor is a branded blend of pomegranate peel and cacao seed extracts sold for testosterone support. In developer-funded trials, 200-400 mg a day for 8 weeks raised free testosterone and grip strength in men, with the clearer effects at 400 mg (Sreeramaneni 2023; Pandit 2022). A pre-workout serving carries 100 mg, a quarter of the effective dose, and any benefit depends on weeks of daily use, not a single scoop before training.
