Evidence summary
Research confidence: low
No reference dose: the published human work is small (12 trained men, double-blind crossover, 50 mg Senactiv ~ 5 mg Rg1) and measures muscle-cell and inflammation biomarkers, not a performance outcome a pre-workout score could use. The manufacturer cites a 50 mg dose and further trials, largely run with or funded by the IP holder (NuLiv Science).
