Evidence summary
Research confidence: low
No reference dose: the hydration studies give coconut water by the litre after dehydrating exercise (and found it no better than a sports drink or bottled water for rehydration or performance). The ~250 mg of powder on a pre-workout label is a minor source of potassium, which is counted from the label's own potassium row.
